All art fans should not miss the Dia:Beacon of the Dia Art Foundation. In the small community of Beacon on the Hudson River, one of the most spectacular museums in the United States has been created. A former cardboard factory with more than 25,000 square meters of space in a single, one-story, rectangular building complex with sculpture-suitable floor loading capacity, lit throughout by shed roofs. It houses extraordinary treasures of avant-garde and conceptual art from the 1970s, including works by Judd, Heizer, Serra, Darboven, Warhol and Palermo.
